Sharon Gabuat

Sharon's diverse education and experience as an athlete make her a great asset to the Health Kneads Massage Therapy team. She has studied Kinesiology at York University (Toronto), Biology at Trevecca Nazarene University (Nashville, Tennessee) while on a basketball scholarship, as well as completing the Massage Therapy program at Elmcrest College (Toronto).

As an athlete herself, Sharon understands the need for diverse care. Whether you are coming in for a specific issue, from sprains/strains, to overuse injuries, to poor posture, or you just need a relaxation treatment from everyday stress, her approach is client centered. Sharon's treatments can include relaxation techniques, lymph drainage, pregnancy massage and myofascial release.
