Fees 

  • NEW CLIENTS will be required to PRE-PAY for their FIRST BOOKING.

  • Follow-up bookings will NOT require pre-payment. 

  • Direct billing can still apply for clients with coverage, however the first claim will be payable to the client if they have already pre-paid.

  • Follow-up direct billing claims can be payable to Health Kneads, if your health plan coverage permits. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require at least 12 hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduling to avoid being billed the full amount of the appointment.
